This 6m x 3m site is situated at the intersection of Oxford Terrace and Antigua Street. This is an extremely busy location situated very close to Christchurch Hospital – with over 16,000 views per day. This site is so prominent that the Christchurch City Council will not allow it to be illuminated as it would have ‘too strong a visual impact on the area’ !
